Job Description

Job Description: Associate Python Developer

We are seeking a talented Associate Python Developer to join our growing development team. This role offers a great opportunity for learning, development, and contributing to impactful projects in a dynamic environment. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, take ownership, and grow alongside the team.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior developers to design and implement software modules based on project requirements.
Debug software components, resolve issues, and contribute to maintaining high-quality code.
Write clean, efficient, and testable code adhering to best practices.
Participate in code reviews and discussions to enhance overall team performance.
Work with APIs, databases, and frameworks under the guidance of senior team members.
Contribute to the testing and deployment of software solutions.

Technical Expectations:

Basic understanding of HTTP-based REST APIs and Authentication mechanisms.
Familiarity with relational databases like MySQL/PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
Exposure to Python frameworks such as Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
Knowledge of basic Unix/Linux commands and environments.
Interest in exploring AI-based applications (prior experience is a plus).
Bonus: Exposure to tools like RabbitMQ, Celery, or Test-Driven Development (TDD).

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in Python development.

Qualification:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
Preferred: BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSc/BSc.

Mandatory Skills:

Python, Django, Git, JavaScript, MySQL

Good to Have Skills:

MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Shell scripting, TDD
