Senior SAP TM Consultant - EWM Module (8-15 yrs)

Job Title : Senior SAP TM CONSULTANT

Location : Pan India

Experience : 8-15 Years

Responsibilities :

- Lead and participate in the design and configuration of SAP TM solutions to meet client requirements.

- Conduct workshops and gather requirements to translate business needs into technical specifications.

- Configure SAP TM system settings, master data, transportation networks, and relevant business processes.

- Customize and enhance SAP TM functionalities through appropriate extensions and integrations.

- Lead and support end-to-end SAP TM implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

- Manage project tasks, resources, and risks.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants.

- Perform system assessments to identify opportunities for optimization and process improvement.

- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and resolving system defects.

- Stay up-to-date with SAP TM advancements and recommend upgrades or updates.

- Integrate SAP TM with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP EWM, SAP SD, SAP MM) and third-party systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow.

- Analyze and document existing transportation and logistics processes.

- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.

- Align SAP TM solutions with industry best practices.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and user manuals.

- Conduct training sessions for client teams to ensure proper utilization of SAP TM functionalities.

- Stay informed about transportation and logistics industry trends and regulations.

- Continuously upgrade skills and knowledge related to SAP TM and related technologies.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 8-15 years of experience implementing and supporting SAP TM.

- Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP TM implementation projects.

- Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics processes and best practices.

- Proficiency in SAP TM configuration, including transportation planning, order management, and carrier selection. -

- Experience with SAP TM integration with other SAP modules.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Project management experience.

- Ability to travel as needed.

Technical Skills :

- SAP Transportation Management (TM).

- SAP S/4HANA TM

- SAP EWM integration.

- SAP SD and MM integration.

- ABAP debugging.

- BOPF framework.

- Integration technologies (IDocs, APIs).

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP TM certification.

- Experience with S/4HANA TM.

- Experience with cloud-based SAP TM solutions.

- Knowledge of advanced planning and optimization techniques.

- Experience with transportation analytics and reporting
