API Automation Tester - Java/Selenium (7-10 yrs)

Job Description.

Job Title: API Automation Tester.

Location: Bangalore.

Experience: 7-10 Years.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios.

- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure the software meets quality standards.

- Identify, document, and track defects using testing and bug tracking tools.

- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback on test design and implementation.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and reports.

Required Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience in automated testing using Java and Selenium.

- Familiarity with API testing tools and methodologies.

- Understanding of the investment banking and capital markets domain.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
