Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee the quality assurance processes, ensuring that products meet regulatory standards and customer expectations.

This role involves leading a team, implementing effective testing strategies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Release Planning, Delivery Timeline Responsibilities, for multiple projects.
• Ensuring testing of NFRs and high-quality UX.
• Collaborating with development, product management, and other teams to understand requirements and ensure proper test coverage.
• Acting as a liaison between QA teams and other stakeholders to communicate quality expectations and progress.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for QA processes, test plans, and test results.
• Providing regular status reports to management, highlighting the quality of the product and any risks or issues.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to quality standards.
• Review and update current standards and policies to reflect best practices.
• Define and communicate quality objectives aligned with organizational goals.
• Implement product inspection and testing procedures to maintain product quality.
• Compile quality information and reports for management review.
• Ensuring that proper records are kept for audit purposes.

Training and Development

• Identify and deliver relevant quality-related training programs for staff.
• Provide training and support to QA teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Assist in the recruiting process for quality assurance personnel.

Performance Monitoring and Improvement

• Monitor performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of quality assurance processes.
• Create and maintain reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and team efficiency.
• Formulate strategies to increase productivity within the QA team.
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address quality issues as they arise.

Testing and Evaluation

• Implement effective testing strategies and methodologies to ensure product reliability.
• Develop and oversee test planning and execution, including test automation and tooling.

Team Management and Collaboration

• Supervise and manage technical and laboratory staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align quality objectives with business goals.
• Direct objectives to maximize team output, while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Set customer service standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

Customer Feedback and Quality Control

• Address customer complaints and feedback to identify trends and areas for quality improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related discipline).
• Proven experience in quality assurance management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, testing methodologies, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in SaaS products with integrations, preferably in the domain of CRMs, marketing and sales platforms.
• Ability to analyse data and develop actionable insights.

Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Must have hands on knowledge on sql, Postman.
• Good to have No-sql DB experience, Java, Selenium, java script.
