Senior Software Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of Java modules, ensuring high-quality deliverables within deadlines.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to define requirements and design solutions.
• Write, review, and optimize high-performance Java code.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and best practices.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Mentor and guide team members to enhance their technical and professional skills.
• Allocate tasks and ensure balanced workload distribution within the team.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination within the team.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing frameworks and processes.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and management.

Requirements:

• Bachelors/masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Java development
• Expertise in below skills set:
• Core Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), Hibernate.
• RESTful APIs, Microservices Architecture.
• Front-end technologies like Angular/React (optional but advantageous).
• Relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB).
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like JUnit and integration testing
