The business we are representing is an innovator in the tax infrastructure space, offering a suite of products that address key pain points for both businesses and accountancy practices. Location: Remote Work from Home in India

Minimum Experience: 5+ years

Shift Timings: 12 pm - 9:30 pm (Summer), 1 pm - 10:30 pm (Winter)

Roles and responsibilities

• Technical Leadership-Provide hands-on technical guidance for architecture, design, and code reviews.
• Team Management-Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of two backend developers.
• Hands on Development-Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code primarily in Python.
• Cloud Infrastructure-Oversee AWS resources (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.) to ensure reliable and scalable deployments.
• Security & Compliance-Enforce best practices for data security, privacy, and compliance within AWS environments.
• Continuous Improvement-Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and technology upgrades.

Essential skills and experience

• Python (5+ years)
• ETL pipelines (Apache) (2+ years)
• AWS (2+ Years)
