The business we are representing specializes in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)

solutions aimed at digitizing and streamlining international trade and customs

They are looking to make a full-time hire for a long-term position.

• Location: Remote Work from Home in India
• Minimum Experience: 7+ years
• Shift Timings: 12 pm - 9:30 pm (Summer), 1 pm - 10:30 pm (Winter)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enhancements to our ERP system.
• Demonstrate technical leadership in full stack development - they will entirely own a large codebase.
• Manage version control using Git and ensure best practices in software development are followed.
• Drive the adoption of cloud technologies, optimizing our ERP system for cloud deployment and scalability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the development team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Essential skills and experience

• .Net C# - 5 yrs
• Led projects or teams
• Automating & Scaling systems OR comfortable with Devops & Cloud but does not need to have hands on experience with these
• Has managed a code base before & reviewed other devs code

Desired skills and experience

• Experience with ERP systems such as Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics
• (Navision, Dynamics 365), or SAP Business One
• Front-end experience
