Deputy Manager - Sales & Marketing (5-15 yrs)

Key Responsibilities

Required someone who has done bulk material handling

a) Responsible to Manage & Grow the Business Sales & Marketing efforts in sync with other Branches

b) Growing the Top Line by maintaining healthy P&L

c) Guide and Lead Sales, Marketing, Operations and Service team including zonal & channel partners

d) Must be able to travel outstation to different Plants / cities.

e) Must be proficient with Inter-personal skills, Communication, Techno - Commercial negotiations and Computer skills

f) Set targets for the Sales & Marketing team with cost & budget controls with strategies to achieve them via-a-vis competition.

g) Must be able to forecast demand, generate enquiries & strong follow-up to close orders

h) Take necessary actions for realising Payments & maintain healthy cash flow

i) Must have ability to study new applications and products for Development.

j) Build & Maintain Healthy work culture.

k) Coordinate with the Service Team for Generation of Spares.

l) Ensure and maintain Management information system on a periodic basis.
