Costing Manager

Role Summary :

As the Costing Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and controlling costs associated with our projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. Your responsibilities will include analyzing project costs, preparing budgets, and providing insights to support informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost accounting, financial analysis, and a deep understanding of the HVAC industry.

Skills & Experience Required :

• Candidate should have 8+ Years of experience in costing
• Must have qualitative & quantitative management experience across Tendering & Bidding,
  Contracts, Procurement ,Etc.
• Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling, and reporting.
• Strong negotiation skills and quantitative acumen.
• Strong Hold on MS Office and Mailing Software.
• Possess good project background and technical writing ability and skills
• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Any Graduate
• Communication: Must communicate effectively with variety of Stakeholders and Team
• Courage to roll with the punches and keep going at it
• Pays major attention to minor details
• Tenacity, reliability, perseverance, pursuit of quality. Be able to prioritize their own work, and focus on executing a particular task/project to completion under the pressure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and meticulousness.
• Independent worker who can work well with minimal supervision.
