Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant (Team Lead) to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in SAP SD, S/4 HANA, and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, along with a strong background in implementation, customization, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Implementation & Support:

• Must have at least one end-to-end SAP SD implementation experience.
• Expertise in support projects, incident management, problem resolution, and process optimization.

🔹 Order-to-Cash (OTC) Process Expertise:

• Business Partner (BP) Configuration
• Credit Management
• TCS (Threshold) Configuration

🔹 S/4 HANA Proficiency:

• Extensive hands-on experience in real-time scenarios.

🔹 Sales Process Configuration & Customization:

• Standard Sales Order, Rush Order, Cash Sales Order
• Make-to-Order (MTO), Third-Party Sales, Intercompany Purchase Order (IPO)
• Stock Transport Order (STO) Process

🔹 Pre-Sales Activities:

• Managing Inquiries & Quotations effectively.

🔹 Key Business Processes:

• Pricing, Billing, Shipping Point Determination
• Transport & Delivery Scheduling, Availability Check
• Partial/Complete Delivery Handling

🔹 Customization Expertise:

• Customer Master Data & Condition Techniques
• Invoice Correction Requests & Pricing Configurations

🔹 Process Optimization & Issue Resolution:

• Proficient in Back Order Processing.
• Experience in handling real-time Change Requests (CRs), WRICEF objects, and Priority 1 (P1) tickets.

🔹 Troubleshooting & Technical Support:

• Ability to resolve end-to-end issues across the process chain, from Sales Order creation to FI posting.

Desired Candidate Profile:
✔ Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP SD & S/4 HANA.
✔ Proven expertise in OTC processes, customization, and troubleshooting.
✔ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
✔ Excellent communication & stakeholder management abilities.
