Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O ) Senior Developer

We invite experienced Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations (F&O) senior developers to join our global team of experts and further enhance their expertise.

As a Dynamics 365 F&O Senior Developer, you will be tasked with assessing, designing, developing, and implementing bespoke solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand their requirements, evaluate development needs, recommend standard offerings where appropriate, and deliver high-quality, customized solutions that meet their needs.

Scope of the position

• Adept at Business Requirement Analysis / Assessment phases of the project with a focus on reducing development effort
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, project managers, and clients to gather and analyze requirements for standard fitments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation based on project requirements / templates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in D365 and related technologies like Power Platform, Dual write, Logic apps, Life Cycle services (LCS) etc.
• Refactoring / Assessment of existing implementations in order to simplify the solution and improve adoption, consistency, reliability, compliance and performance of the existing solution.

Qualification and Required Skills

• 7+ years of proven technical experience working with Enterprise clients in ERP technical implementations (D365 FO, AX 2009, AX 2012 - X++) and integration.
• Develop custom extensions and solutions within the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) platform, ensuring deployment aligns with Microsoft best practices or the clients standard deployment processes.
• Hands on development experience with integration tools like Dual write , Logic Apps , Azure services etc.
• Good understanding of LCS (Life Cycle Services) , Azure DevOps and Power platform.
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
