Job Profile - Associate Manager/Manager Finance Controllership
Location - Electronic City - I Bengaluru, India
Qualification - 6-8 Year post CA
The below are the major roles and responsibility:
- Overall Management of General Ledger IGAAP and US GAAP process including Monthly accruals and variance analysis
- Review monthly balance sheet schedule, guide and mentor team to ensure no surprise in internal and stat audit
- Work with the statutory auditors and comply with all audit requirement and ensure timeline for completion of audit.
- Prepare the I GAAP and US GAAP reporting on monthly basis as per GAAP accounting law.
- Prepare Transfer pricing working monthly basis as per the requirement of Income tax law.
- Recommend any updates to GAAP accounting policies to management.
- Responsible for Capex accounting including FAR and reconciliation.
- Maintain the books of Singapore entity and other APAC entities
- Work with Singapore auditors and comply with all audit requirement and ensure timeline for completion of audit.
- Comply with all the income tax, GST and Treasury requirement timely manner.
- Direct Tax and Indirect tax Compliance and highlight major changes in law
- Fulfill all the requirement related to pending income tax cases with assessing officer and discuss further requirement on the pending cases with our tax consultant.
- Work with Internal auditor on audit requirement.
- Preparation of various monthly MIS report and other reports as advised by management.
- Maintain relationship with internal and external stakeholder.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should be:
- Bachelors / Master's Degree in Accounting (B.Com, M.Com)
- Preference to Professionally Qualified (CA / ICWA)
- Minimum 6 to 8 years' experience in GL and R&R Function
Skills :
- Good Accounting knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of SAP, Concur , Oracle or any ERP systems
- Good knowledge of TDS, TCS, etc.
- Ability to coordinate with concerned departments
- Good team manager (should have handled a team in past), and should be able to lead and train team members.
- Managing group workload and establishing priorities
- Set and improve policies and procedures, implementing best practices
- Also act as an escalation point in resolving complex outstanding issues with internal and external business stakeholders
- Significant role in career development of the team
