Community Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Nurture this community to be our first point of contact for all new products launches, customer insight and feedback
• Oversee conversations across our community platf orms, ensuring a supporti ve, informati ve, and engaging experience.
• Organize community events, workshops, expert talks, and contests to foster engagement and showcase brand values
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with aligned brands and organizations (e.g., preschools, parenting groups) to drive brand awareness and lead generation
• Work closely with brand advocates and parenting voices to create authentic and meaningful content that promote healthy food choices
• Track community growth, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness to identify trends and opportunities
• Analyze member feedback and provide insights to the marketing and product teams to shape community-related initiatives and product offerings

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven work experience as a community manager. Eg: Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writi ng an email newsletter)
• Proficiency with social media platforms and community management tools; experience with WhatsApp communities is a plus
• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
• Strong networking skills, with a natural knack in cultivating partnerships and collaborating with influencers or organizations
