Octro - Senior Executive - International Voice/Non - Voice Process (3-8 yrs)

Job Description :

- 90% Chat & Email, 10% Voice process

- Timing : 12noon to 8pm (No cab)

Working day s: Mon-Fri

Location : Noida

- We are looking for a self-driven and passionate individual with excellent English communication skills to communicate with European users.

- You are expected to own & grow the VIPs users for our Games.

- Require good analytical skills to understand our games and our users.

Day to Day tasks includes :

1) To connects with top players (revenue wise) through email & Facebook.

2) To track user purchases (on a day-to-day basis) in the game & takes corrective actions.

3) Some of the corrective actions that the team takes for VIPs are:

- Rolling out special VIP bonuses

4) To communicate with all users (including ones who are on track target wise).

5) To conducts surveys. One of the goals of the survey is to understand what players like in the game.

6) To tries to understand the user at a personal level (in terms of what is happening in their life) through Facebook, exchanging emails etc.
