  • Lead Generation: Actively prospect and identify new potential clients through research,

networking, and targeted outreach efforts.

  • Database Management: Maintain and update the company's lead database, ensuring

accurate and up-to-date information for all potential clients.

  • Sales Tools & Software: Utilise modern sales tools, CRM systems, and software for

efficient lead tracking, management, and analysis.

  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

to identify new lead-generation opportunities.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, refine

targeting methods, and enhance lead generation campaigns.

  • Feedback Mechanism: Continuously gather feedback to understand the success rate of

generated leads, adapting strategies accordingly.

  • Reports & Analytics: Regularly present insights and reports on lead generation metrics,

conversion rates, and overall effectiveness of sales strategies.


Preferred candidate profile


  • Academic & Professional Background: Solid educational credentials coupled with 0 to 1

year of experience in sales, specifically in lead generation roles.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and other lead generation tools or

software.

  • Research Skills: Ability to carry out thorough market research, competitor analysis, and

identify potential opportunities in line with company objectives.

  • Networking Skills: Demonstrated success in building relationships and leveraging

professional networks to generate leads.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to craft engaging messages that resonate with potential clients.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical abilities to gauge the effectiveness of lead

generation strategies and pivot as required.
