This person will be instrumental in developing both the front-end and back-end architecture of our applications, ensuring seamless user experiences and the robustness of our platform.

Role Overview :

As a Sr. Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for taking projects from conception through to completion, developing web applications and services, designing databases, and ensuring the scalability and responsiveness of our platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, to ensure our products meet both technical and user requirements. Your role will also involve diagnosing issues and delivering solutions, contributing to the continuous improvement of our systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain front-end and back-end architectures.

- Design user interactions and ensure cross-platform compatibility and mobile optimization.

- Create scalable APIs and manage databases for functionality.

- Ensure applications are responsive and user-friendly.

- Collaborate with graphic designers to implement web design features.

- Oversee projects from the design phase through to deployment.

- Stay up to date with the latest web development trends and technologies.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on the platform, providing timely solutions.

- Meet both technical and consumer needs while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Experience:

- 6+ years of experience in Full Stack Web Development.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Expertise in front-end frameworks like ReactJS, and back-end technologies like ExpressJS and NodeJS.

- Experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Shadcn (Optional - WebSocket).

- Proven experience in developing APIs and integrating databases such as MySQL or MongoDB.

- Hands-on experience with payment gateway integrations (e.g., Stripe).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Render (optional but a plus).

Skills and Attributes :

- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of ownership.

- Organized and able to work effectively in a remote-first work environment.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies for full application lifecycle development.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Supabase or similar backend platforms.

- Familiarity with additional server-side languages and frameworks.

- Knowledge of cross-platform optimization techniques.
