Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - FMCG/D2C Startup (7-10 yrs)

Location - Bangalore.

Experience Range : 7 - 10 years.

- Mandatory Requirement:. CA or CFA or MBA Finance.

- Should have worked with a D2C Startup or FMCG.

- FP&A.

Job Role and Responsibilities:.

- Direct all budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions.

- Create executive and Board-level presentations for Budgets, Forecasts, Actuals vs Targets, and KPI reporting.

- Manage financial cycles of the organization including driving process and preparing annual budget, quarterly rolling forecasts, and monthly operating reviews.

- Build best-in-class strategic FP&A function and systems, tools and processes to support it.

- Develop and utilize data-driven analytics, including reports and dashboards, to generate value-added insights and actionable recommendations to drive growth and influence KPIs.

- Partner with accounting and both global and in-country teams business leads to streamline and improve efficiency in reporting which will drive financial results for the business.

- Support CFO and business unit leadership across in developing long-term and short-term financial goals and support long-term strategic planning process for the business.

- Analyze macro and micro trends and stay informed of strategic growth initiatives to understand their impact to forecasts and long-range financial projections.

Qualification and Experience.

- 2-4 years experience in startups/FMCG financial roles.

- A Master's Degree in Finance / Professional Finance Qualification / CA/ ACCA or equivalent.

- Ability to interact with stakeholders internal and external is essential.
