Accounts Executive

1. Bank Reconciliation
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate accounting of transactions.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and internal records.
2. Accounts Payable
• Manage vendor invoices, payment processing, and credit management.
• Ensure timely payments while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Reconcile accounts payable ledger to maintain accuracy.
3. Supplier Ledger Reconciliation
• Regularly reconcile supplier statements with internal records to resolve any mismatches.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve disputes and discrepancies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 24 years of relevant experience in accounts and financial reconciliations.
• Proficient in accounting software Tally and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
