Job Description

Perform root cause analysis and solution against established SLAs.

Able to troubleshoot and do log analysis.
Code and debug defined timelines with expected coding standards.
Perform development and testing for major and minor enhancements
Good analytical and communication skills

Educational Qualification:

B.E., B.Tech, MCA or Equivalent

Experience:

3 to 7 yrs of total experience
3+ yrs of experience in Oracle Retail POS, Oracle Xstore POS or GK POS L3 Support is MUST
Deep knowledge of Java and SQL
XML, JSON, Rest and SOAP APIs
Basics of Spring
Experience with SVN, GIT
Tools: Bugzilla, Eclipse, Jenkins, GitLab

Others

Basic understanding of DevOps tools (Good to have)
