Job Title: Sr. Executive IT Compliance Department: IT Job Summary The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the organizations adherence to regulatory requirements, with a specific focus on monitoring and implementing compliance measures related to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Digital Protections ACT and relevant regulatory frameworks. Primary Responsibilities Regulatory Compliance: a. Stay abreast of the latest regulatory requirements, guidelines, and updates from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Digital Protections ACT, Daksha, and other relevant regulatory bodies. b. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory landscape to ensure the organizations compliance. Policy Development: a. Collaborate with the legal and IT teams to develop, update and manage Technology policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. b. Regularly review and update internal policies to align with changing regulatory requirements. Risk Assessment: a. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and vulnerabilities. b. Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure that the organizations IT systems and processes are designed to minimize compliance risks. Audit Management: a. Coordinate and manage internal and external audits related to IT compliance. b. Work closely with audit teams to address findings, implement corrective actions, and ensure timely closure of audit issues. Training and Awareness: a. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on IT compliance requirements and best practices. b. Foster a culture of compliance awareness within the organization. Reporting: a. Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management detailing the status of IT compliance initiatives, audit results, and any identified issues or concerns. Collaboration: a. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, and risk management, to address compliance requirements and concerns. Job Requirements Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, relevant certifications (CISA, CISM, CISSP) are a plus. Proven experience (2 years) working in IT compliance management, preferably within the financial services industry. Good knowledge of RBI regulations, Digital Protections ACT, Daksha, and other relevant compliance frameworks for NBFC s. Understanding of information Technology & security practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
