Market Head - Wealth Segment Business (10-17 yrs)

We're seeking an experienced Market Head to lead our Wealth Segment business. As a Market Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth, revenue, and market share in the wealth segment. You will lead a team of relationship managers, investment advisors, and support staff to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth, revenue, and market share in the wealth segment.

2. Lead and manage a team of relationship managers, investment advisors, and support staff.

3. Build and maintain relationships with high net worth individuals, family offices, and institutional clients.

4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.

5. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and deepen existing relationships.

6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including investment teams, product specialists, and risk management teams.

7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

8. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform business strategies.

Requirements :

1. 10+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or a related field.

2. Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business growth.

3. Strong understanding of wealth management products, services, and platforms.

4. Excellent relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
