Manager - Investment Banking (7-12 yrs)

- Develop and review financial models, including DCF, comparable companies analysis, and transaction precedent analysis, to support mergers, acquisitions, capital raising, and restructuring deals.

- Collaborate on pitchbooks, teasers, confidential information memorandum, and other marketing materials for clients.

- Maintain high-quality standards while managing client relationships, understanding their requirements, and delivering customized solutions.

- Supervise and mentor a team of analysts and associates, ensuring the delivery of client-ready work.

- Work closely with leadership to identify opportunities for expanding services. Contribute to client pitches and manage cross-functional initiatives to win new business.
