Regional Lead - B2B Partnerships

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Lead to spearhead our B2B partnerships in Kerala. This role will focus on building and nurturing relationships with educational institutions, training centers, and other partners to create a consistent pipeline of qualified, language-trained candidates for opportunities in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage B2B partnerships with institutions, training centers, and other key stakeholders in Kerala.
• Identify and establish connections with potential partners to create a steady stream of qualified candidates.
• Conduct meetings and negotiations to close partnerships and ensure alignment with our recruitment goals.
• Travel across the region to engage with institutions, conduct presentations, and strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth candidate placement and integration.
• Monitor and report on partnership performance and candidate quality.
• Drive initiatives to enhance the recruitment process and candidate sourcing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B partnerships, business development, or sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Malayalam.
• Ability to travel frequently within the region.
• Knowledge of the education and recruitment landscape in Kerala is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and meet targets.
