Business Development Specialist - Customization & Remanufacturing

We cater to a range of industrial sectors, including heavy industries, wind, metals, railways, and general machinery, and help customers achieve their key objectives, depending on their specific application needs and challenges around the machines and equipment.

• Develop and implement strategies to expand SKFs long-term services portfolio for existing and new customers .
• Work with (Segment and Distribution) organizations to conceptualize, customize, and roll out value propositions.
• Build a strong long-term relationship with key customers and act as a consultant to understand customer needs, challenges, and goals.
• Design and promote value-added services tailored to the unique needs combining products/solutions across all SKF platforms.
• Use the SKF services portfolio to optimize customer experience and satisfaction.
• Work closely with the front-line team to develop an opportunity funnel.

• Experience in industrial sales

Education & Experience

• Experience and understanding of the Spindle / gearbox / auto-ancillaries / machine tooling industries
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales & services
• Experience in discussing with middle/top management in customer organization
