As the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving regional sales targets and enhancing market share within the automotive aftermarket segment. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will lead a team of sales professionals, develop strategic plans, and build strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive profitable sales growth and increase market share of SKF portfolio by building, managing and leading a team of in-field Area Sales Managers. Build sales strategy (including budget/forecast/plans) aligned to SKF s strategy to achieve growth and profitability targets for the zone. Effectively deploy & run the sales process as per approved Sales Strategy Institutionalize SKF sales process by leveraging SKF sales tools and regular monitoring. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless execution of sales plans. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners. Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Drive implementation & adoption of Sales enabling IT tool to sales team & Channel Partners. Develop and manage the zonal sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Drive sales team through deploying Learning & Development process, coaching, mentoring and effective performance management. Set clear sales targets, provide guidance, and monitor the teams performance.

Candidate Profile:
Engineering Graduate or Any Graduate with MBA Experience of 10 - 16 yrs in frontline Retail sales and Distributor management
