Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented .NET Backend Developer who is highly motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about building secure, scalable, and efficient backend services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, data scientists, and project managers, to deliver solutions that power our crime detection systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using .NET Core and C#.
• Collaborate with the front-end development team to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Ensure the backend architecture supports real-time data processing and integration of live camera feeds.
• Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Optimize the performance of backend services for speed and scalability.
• Develop and maintain APIs, database structures, and cloud-based solutions.
• Debug and troubleshoot system issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Collaborate with other developers and team members to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and team meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in backend development, preferably with .NET Core and C#.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Web Services, and Microservices architecture.
• Experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, and other database technologies.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to write clean, scalable code.
• Knowledge of security best practices and experience in handling sensitive data.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with real-time data processing systems.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks and working with front-end teams is a plus.
