- Develop, modify, and maintain the district s SharePoint site.
- Migrate district from SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Online.
- Coordinate with management and district employees regarding SharePoint goals and needs to enhance the SharePoint site.
- Design the district SharePoint site to convey and gather information.
- Conduct site testing and subsequent modifications/fixes.
- Recommend changes regarding system and information architecture, security considerations, and governance.
- Enhance interfaces between SharePoint and other applications/programs.
- Develop and implement user-friendly improvements to applications/programs to lessen administrative workloads.
- Train district employees on how to use SharePoint and SharePoint-related programs.
- Develop, then train district employees on, automation options to enhance efficiency.
- Create files/instruction manuals for administering the SharePoint site.
- 3+ years of SharePoint and MS Power Solutions application experience, including Microsoft SharePoint sites, Microsoft PowerApps, and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Associate degree required in an Information Technology-related program.
- Hands-on experience in the application of SharePoint in the Federal Agency environment.
- Strong knowledge of design, development, testing and implementation of enterprise scale applications.
- Understanding of SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Web Parts, and workflow creation.
- Ability to create and configure SharePoint intake workflow applications.
- Hands-on experience in usability testing and UI/UX best practices.
- Exceptional understanding of Windows operating system and hardware with a strong knowledge of software management.
- Understanding of the rights, permissions, capabilities, and responsibilities of all kinds of SharePoint users: End Users, Power Users, Site Owners, Site Collection Administrators and SharePoint Farm Administrators.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage change and ambiguity.
- Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Skilled use of virtual platforms such as MS Teams and Adobe Acrobat.
