About the Role :

We are looking for a Cloud Architect to join our AI team and play a critical role in designing, deploying, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure.

This role will be instrumental in guiding the adoption of cloud technologies and ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of our AI/ML platforms.

Responsibilities :

- Define and implement cloud architecture strategies for AI/ML workloads, including data pipelines, model training, and inference.

- Design and implement secure and scalable cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.

- Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and software developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Ensure the security and compliance of cloud environments, including access control, data encryption, and disaster recovery.

- Monitor and optimize cloud resource utilization and costs.

- Stay abreast of the latest cloud computing technologies and trends.

- Mentor and guide junior engineers on cloud architecture best practices.

- Participate in the evaluation and selection of new cloud technologies and services.

Required Skills :

- Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with experience in designing and implementing solutions on at least one platform.

- Strong proficiency in infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.

- Solid understanding of networking concepts, including VPCs, subnets, security groups, and load balancing.

- Experience with cloud security best practices, including IAM, encryption, and vulnerability management.

- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash for automation and orchestration.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience with serverless computing (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).

- Experience with data engineering and data pipelines.

- Experience with AI/ML platforms and services (SageMaker, MLflow).

- Experience with DevOps practices and tools.

- Relevant certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Certified Solutions Architect
