Role & responsibilities

1. Monitor and manage all warranty services for railways.

2. Ensure timely resolution of warranty issues, coordinating with Railway officers, and service teams as necessary.

3. Lead and supervise a team of technicians and service staff.

4. Schedule and assign tasks, ensuring proper allocation of resources to meet operational demands.

5. Ensure all warranty repairs and services comply with safety standards, regulations, and warranty terms.

6. Provide technical guidance and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

7. Timely reporting to manager on daily basis.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Graduate/B.Tech/BE from Electrical/Mechanical

2. Excellent analytical/written/verbal communication in English

3. Relevant work experience: Minimum 3-4 years
