- Preparing daily petty cash voucher and maintain in ERP and Excel
- Checking vendors challan, bills and send to head office
- Maintain Stock inword & outwards in excel, document filing
- Maintain Material GRN and Indent
- Co-ordination with suppliers for site Material
- Stock reconciliation, preparing of Monthly reports
- Preparing daily stock report & submitted to site in charge
- Maintain material stock in store & report to site incharge
- Maintain diesel consumption sheet
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Skills - Proficient in accounting software (e.g.,Tally Prime, Excel )
Mandatory Key skills: Hard work and dedication, Teamwork skills.
