JOB TITLE: US IT Recruiter

REPORTS TO: Managing Director

SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for providing high quality, effective strategic and tactical recruitment support in a timely manner. Your responsibilities will include coordinating recruitment efforts, candidate applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining a positive candidate experience

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recruitment duties to include reviewing resumes, email communication via ATS (UKG Pro) to engage candidates in application and interview process
• Assist in building a diverse candidate pipeline for assigned positions.
• Perform proactive direct sourcing to identify candidates by utilizing LinkedIn
• Utilize our internal applicant tracking system(UKG Pro) to review resumes and send preemployment assessments.
• Review and analyze pre-employment assessment results to determine job fit
• Record all testing results in proper report
• Schedule interviews for Director, Talent Acquisition based on calendar availability
• Maintain constant email communication with Applicants and steps in the process to maintain positive first experience with the SIS
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of daily activity for Recruiting Metrics.
• Maintaining a strong sense of enthusiasm and positivity in all candidate interactions.

EDUCATION DESIRED:

• Any Graduate

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Must have International Recruiting experience
• Must have strong written communication skills (English)
• Knowledge of Recruiting gained from at least 3-5 years work experience.
• Knowledge of recruiting throughout North America from at least 3 years work experience.
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems in order to maintain and update candidate files preferably UKG Pro.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Skill in time management in order to be productive and have a high sense of urgency.
• Skill in detail-orientation and follow-through skills.
• Skill in sourcing passive candidates through internet sourcing.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
None.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Requires ability to use a computer
• Most of work will be spent in a seated, climate-controlled office
