Outreach Coordinator

We are seeking a female candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience to oversee and coordinate Awareness programs for Siruthuli. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Journalism or Mass Communication or similar. Candidate must be passionate and versatile in Awareness to join our team, raise awareness, and foster positive relationships with our donors, community, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute awareness sessions in-house & for students in schools and colleges.
• Coordinate effectively with schools and colleges to schedule and organize awareness sessions and voluntary activities.
• Organize and prepare agendas for Meetings
• Need to Create and Present PPTs
• Engaging Siruthulis social media community and creating social media awareness.
• Work on press communications for Awareness programs.
• Maintain thorough documentation of Awareness activities and ensure all reports are accurate and up-to-date.
• Preparation of press note and project proposals
• Must prepare the Minutes of Meetings(MoM)

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Journalism or Mass Communication is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in social media management and press communication.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Excellent linguistic skills in both Tamil and English (both written and spoken) is a must.
• Must be residing in Coimbatore.
• Candidate must be married.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
