SIRO Clinpharm - Kafka Developer - Microservices Implementation (5-7 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Kafka-based messaging systems, including topics, producers, consumers, and stream processing applications.

- Develop private APIs and messaging endpoints for services, providing rich functionality and administrative control within the platform.

- Build microservices and pipelines for Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) models.

- Manage the challenges of balancing scalability, consistency, and availability within a low-latency, real-time operating environment.

- Implement stream processing logic using technologies like Kafka Streams, Flink, or Spark.

- Integrate Kafka with various systems, including databases (relational, analytical, columnar, graph), message brokers (MQTT, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ), and other applications.

- Implement security best practices for Kafka deployments, ensuring data integrity and access control.

- Work closely with other engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Mentor and guide junior engineers on Kafka and related technologies.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 5+ years of programming experience in Java, Spring, and AWS.

- Deep understanding of Kafka architecture, concepts (topics, partitions, brokers, consumers, producers), and API.

- Experience building and deploying microservices.

- Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines.

- Strong skills in object-oriented and functional programming.

- Experience building scalable and high-performance applications.

- Experience with high-throughput messaging technologies and patterns, including Apache Kafka, Flink, or Spark.

- Exposure to various database types (relational, analytical, columnar, graph).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
