Sap Sd Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP SD & CRM Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) modules, with a strong understanding of business processes, integration, and customization. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP SD Module:

• Configure and customize the SAP SD module to meet the business needs.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, including sales order processing, pricing, billing, and shipping.
• Handle integration with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, and FI.
• Resolve issues related to order management, delivery, and invoicing processes.
• Support the implementation of new SAP functionalities and processes.

SAP CRM Module:

• Customize and configure the SAP CRM module to align with business requirements.
• Manage customer master data, business partner management, and sales activity management.
• Handle CRM service processes, including service order management and complaints management.
• Integrate SAP CRM with SAP ECC and other external systems.
• Provide support for SAP CRM marketing and sales campaigns, including lead management and opportunity management.

Project Management:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead or participate in SAP SD & CRM implementation and upgrade projects.
• Ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Provide training and support to end-users and junior consultants.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the SAP SD & CRM modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and system errors.
• Perform system testing, debugging, and documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

[5-7] years of experience working with SAP SD and CRM modules.

Proven experience in SAP SD configuration and implementation.

Solid understanding of SAP CRM customization and integration.

Knowledge of SAP ECC integration, ABAP debugging, and user exits is a plus.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
