Export Documentation Manager cum accountant

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, proforma invoices, purchase order, e-way bills and certificates of origin.
• Need to work on Checklist, AWB Draft, BL Draft
• Coordinate with CHA for shipments
• Arrange local transport, coordinate with manufacturing plant for dispatch of the goods and look into domestic and international insurance of goods.
• Must have knowledge of BRC from Bank and do the needful for closing the same.
• Must have knowledge of Tally software
• Provide support in managing accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Maintain accurate accounting entries in Tally ERP software.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-5 years of experience in accountancy and export documentation.
• Strong knowledge of Export Documentation, Tally Accounting software.
• Proficiency in preparing various types of export documents such as Proforma Invoice, Custom Invoice, Packing List, Tax Invoice, E-way bill, etc.; ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP software for accounting entries and record-keeping.
