Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients. Identify client needs and propose customized solutions, including expert accountant services as needed.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive sales activities. Negotiate and finalize deals to drive revenue growth.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery to clients. Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market trends.
Reporting:
Maintain and Analyse daily records of sales activities, client interactions, and other relevant data. Prepare regular sales performance and market insight reports for management.
Qualifications :
For Experienced Candidates:
Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the finance or related industries. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of financial products and services. Minimum of 2 years of work experience, ideally in the banking industry.
