We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support. You will work closely with HR professionals to gain a deeper understanding of HR processes and contribute to organizational growth.
Responsibilities
Support the onboarding process by preparing documents, coordinating orientations, and ensuring a smooth experience for new hires.
Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and relevant HR documentation.
Assist in organizing company events, workshops, or employee engagement activities.
Support HR administrative tasks such as document filing, drafting emails, and preparing reports.
Contribute to HR projects such as performance management, policy updates, and process improvements.
Assist in handling employee queries and provide basic HR-related support.
Help analyze data for reports related to recruitment metrics, training, and employee satisfaction.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
Requirements
Qualification
Bachelor/Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
0 - 1 year of experience in HR.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations in India.
Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and change management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR with business goals.
Proficiency in HR technology and HRIS systems like Zoho People, Zoho recruit or similar tools.
Strong analytical and HR project and Initiatives management skills.
