Role & responsibilities

To execute reactions in the laboratory.

Capable of collecting literatures from the available journals and patents.

Conducting various types of reactions under safe conditions.

Capable to judge the reaction by TLC.

Capable to purify the compounds by various technics.

Capable to write the on-line LNB.

Capable to interpret analytical data.

Good theoretical knowledge in chemistry conversions and reactions.

Capable to perform experiments/reactions independently from mg to gram level.

Hands on experience in handling multi-step synthesis.

Capable to propose the schemes by collecting literature from journals and patents and other tools like scifinder or reaxys.

Capable to maintain good document practices like, LNB writing and data card preparation. 13.Good communication skills and interpretation skills.

Maintenance of lab equipments, Support and train new staff in all procedure.

Immediate report any incident, which the management need to address using the appropriate reporting systems in place.

Practical hands-on ability to perform syntheses and physical separation techniques such as Filtration, recrystallization distillation and chromatography.
