Job Description
- Manage export and import shipments,ensuring compliance with customs regulations and laws
- To check and process necessary documents(e.g., commercial invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin)
- Coordinate with Custom Officials, freightforwarders, customs brokers, and suppliers.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve anyissues or delays
- Maintain accurate records and reports forexport and import transactions
- Research and analyze trade data tooptimize drawback claims
- Prepare and submit drawback claims torelevant authorities
- Ensure timely and accurate payment ofduties and taxes
- Stay up to date with changes in customsregulations, trade agreements, and drawback programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams(e.g., MMD, Logistics, sales, CHA, Customer Service)
