Position Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales professional to join our team in the West Region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Banking and NBFC sectors.
- Sales Process Management: Drive the entire sales process from prospecting and pitching to closing deals.
- Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and propose customized solutions for trade finance, supply chain financing, and digital lending.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to overall business growth consistently.
- Market Trends: Stay informed about market trends, especially in digital lending, trade and supply chain financing, and emerging technologies like Blockchain, AI, and Automation.
- Advise clients on the value of our solutions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technical and support staff, to ensure seamless solution delivery and post-sales support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/ master's degree in Business or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the banking and financial services sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of digital lending, trade finance, and supply chain financing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Blockchain, AI, and Automation technologies.
- Familiarity with Banking and NBFCs in the West Region
- Hunting new logos.
