Key Responsibilities:
New Business Acquisition & Account Growth:
- Aggressively identify, target, and secure new enterprise clients through strategic prospecting, networking, and market analysis.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, focusing on acquiring high-value accounts to achieve exceptional revenue growth.
- Cultivate and expand relationships with existing clients, maximizing potential through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Sales Process Management:
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure with precision and speed.
- Consistently exceed KPIs, including new client acquisition, revenue targets, and account growth.
Client Liaison and Trusted Advisor:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, establishing trust and fostering long-term relationships.
- Understand client goals and challenges to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions that exceed expectations.
Solution Development and Execution:
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement AI-driven solutions customized to client needs.
- Ensure flawless execution and delivery, driving client satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Product, and Customer Success) to align on client objectives and deliver seamless solutions.
- Advocate for client interests, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Experience: 2-4 years of B2B enterprise sales, ideally in product or SaaS-based solutions, with a strong preference for experience in- Corporate Real Estate- or- PropTech- sectors.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven track record in consultative sales, consistently exceeding targets with a focus on new business acquisition.
- Experience engaging C-level stakeholders and selling enterprise solutions across industries like BFSI, Technology, or Consulting.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
