What Will You Be Doing A Day in the Life :

- AI-Powered Backend Development : Design, develop, and optimize backend services that integrate cutting edge AI and machine learning models, ensuring they are scalable and efficient.

- Ethical AI Practices : Implement and integrate Python-based AI tools while adhering to ethical AI standards, minimizing biases, and ensuring transparency.

- Testing and Validation : Conduct Unit Testing, Functional/System Integration Testing, and AI model validation to ensure accuracy and fairness.

- Microservices and Cloud Development : Build, manage, and deploy microservices, APIs, and cloud services on Microsoft Azure and AWS platforms.

- Continuous Improvement : Monitor AI model performance and iterate on solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust technical solutions.

- Documentation : Clearly communicate AI models and backend processes to stakeholders, highlighting their potential impacts and benefits.

Skills & Competencies to Be Successful :

- BE/BTech or equivalent from a recognized university.

Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on backend development experience with a focus on AI solutions, along with Programming Languages and Frameworks :

- Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot frameworks.

- Proficiency in Python and related data science libraries (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, matplotlib, etc.)

- Strong understanding of Core Java, Advanced Java, and data structures/algorithms.

- Experience with Java Microservices and Python-based backend development.

- Knowledge of multithreading, web services, database optimization, and performance tuning.

AI and Machine Learning :

- Strong working knowledge of Python-based AI tools like TensorFlow, Keras, langchain, and scikit-learn.

- Experience implementing machine learning algorithms for classification, regression, and clustering.

- Ability to deploy machine learning models into backend applications.

- Awareness of ethical AI practices and minimizing biases in AI solutions.

Databases :

- Hands-on experience with databases like MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.

Messaging and APIs :

- Experience with high-performance message queuing frameworks like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or ActiveMQ.

- Proficiency in developing and managing REST/JSON/XML Web APIs.

Soft Skills :
