Job Overview: We are seeking a talented ServiceNow WSD Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions in the ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery module. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless workplace experience, enhance operational efficiency, and improve employee satisfaction using the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Development and Implementation: Design and configure the ServiceNow WSD module, including Workplace Reservation Management, Workplace Operations Management, and other related features. Develop custom workflows, user interfaces, and integrations tailored to workplace service needs.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Document functional and technical specifications for Workplace Service Delivery projects.
Integration and Customization: Integrate ServiceNow WSD with third-party tools such as IoT devices, sensors, or calendaring systems (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar). Customize dashboards and reporting to provide actionable insights into workplace operations and utilization.
Platform Maintenance and Optimization: Ensure the WSD module operates efficiently and aligns with organizational goals. Perform regular upgrades and maintenance on the ServiceNow platform to leverage new features.
User Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with UX/UI teams to optimize the employee experience on the WSD portal. Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to the Workplace Service Delivery module.
Governance and Compliance: Adhere to best practices and standards for ServiceNow development. Ensure solutions comply with organizational policies and industry regulations.
Key Skills Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience, with a focus on Workplace Service Delivery. Proven track record of implementing Workplace Reservation and Operations Management features.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including JavaScript, ServiceNow Studio, and Glide APIs. Experience integrating ServiceNow WSD with external systems (e.g., IoT devices, booking tools). Knowledge of ITIL practices and their application in workplace service delivery.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Workplace Service Delivery (WSD). Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD, Facilities, or other related modules.
