Senior Service Delivery Manager

1 Strong understanding of ITIL certified processes including Service Management (ITSM), Problem Management (PM), Change Management (CM), Process Management.

2 Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement during critical situations.

3 Satakeholder Management, SLA Management, Resource Management,Problem Management, Ticketing.

4 Proven experience in IT service management, with a focus on IT Operations.

5 Strong understanding of SLA frameworks and proven experience in SLA management.

6 Stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

7 Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze ticket data and derive actionable insights.

8 Experience in designing and implementing escalation processes for incident management.

9 Basic knowledge of one Database or Middleware (Oracle, Redhat, Open Source)

10 Any One Cloud (OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP) & Knowledge in Generative AI
