Job Description
Job Summary
- Should have at least 5+ years of experience in the Unix Solaris environment.
- Will be responsible for the Installation and Configuration of Solaris 11/Linux(Redhat 7.1 and above & Ubuntu 18.04 and above)/AIX 6.1 & 7.1/ Systems.
- To work individually with end-user requirements and to ensure that the system works reliably.
- Should be able to perform routine system maintenance and resolve server-related issues if they arise.
- To ensure reliable performance of the system by troubleshooting for the root cause and taking appropriate measures.
- Is responsible for system backups and restores for system recovery and data integrity.
- To monitor system performance to prevent server slowdowns.
- Should have an active role in system hardening and closure of VAPT points.
- To automate tasks using bash/python scripting.
- Is responsible for server upgrades and patching.
- Any System Certification will be preferred.
- Will be responsible for managing cloud environments in GCP (Google Cloud).
