Job Summary :

Simple Logic IT Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Python Developer with proven expertise in bot development. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent bot solutions, leveraging Python, NLP, and cloud technologies. This role requires a problem-solver with a strong understanding of bot frameworks and API integrations.

Responsibilities :

Bot Development and Implementation :

- Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable bot solutions.

- Utilize Python, JavaScript, or Node.js for bot development and deployment.

- Implement and manage bots using the WhatsApp Business API.

- Integrate bots with various platforms and systems using RESTful APIs and webhooks.

NLP and AI Integration :

- Apply natural language processing (NLP) techniques using libraries like spaCy or NLTK.

- Enhance bot capabilities through AI and machine learning integration (nice to have).

- Implement conversational flows and handle user interactions effectively.

Framework and Platform Expertise :

- Utilize bot frameworks such as Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Rasa, or Botpress.

- Work with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) for bot deployment and management.

- Implement containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.

Technical Problem Solving and Debugging :

- Troubleshoot and debug complex bot-related issues.

- Ensure bot performance, reliability, and security.

- Implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for task automation (nice to have).

Collaboration and Communication :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality bot solutions.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates.

- Understanding of security practices for bot interactions.

Required Technical Skills :

Programming Languages :

- Python (Mandatory)

- JavaScript or Node.js (Preferred)

Bot Development :

- WhatsApp Business API (Extensive Experience)

- Bot Frameworks : Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Rasa, Botpress (Expertise)

Natural Language Processing (NLP) :

- spaCy, NLTK

API and Web Technologies :

- RESTful APIs

- Webhooks

Cloud and Containerization :

- AWS, GCP, Azure (Familiarity)

- Docker, Kubernetes

Database :

- Understanding of database interaction with bots.

Development Practices :
