Graphic Designer

Job Summary: We are looking for a graphic designer who will work as part of a larger marketing team to design a range of marketing and sales materials.
You will be responsible for designing blog images, creative social media images, ebooks, presentation, brochures, infographics and much more.
Responsibilities: Designing and creating visually appealing graphics for various marketing campaigns.
Collaborating with the marketing team to conceptualize and create designs that align with the Simforms brand style and messaging.
Creating and managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Incorporating feedback from stakeholders to improve design concepts.
Maintaining consistency in design elements across all marketing materials.
Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, software, and technologies.
Requirements: 2-3 years of experience at a creative agency or in-house at a design-led brand.
B2B collateral/design background is a bonus but not necessary.
Bonus points for experience in illustration and data visualization/information design.
A strong, dynamic portfolio showcasing strengths in typography, design systems, visual storytelling, presentation design, and a refined finesse across digital channels.
Highly collaborative, organized, and a self-starter.
Clear and effective written and verbal communicator, experienced in presenting to senior creative and strategic leadership.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
Bachelors degree in graphic design or related visual communications field.
Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator), with working knowledge in After Effects and Indesign.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint) and Google Drive (Google Slides).
Skills: Figma, Canva, Adobe creative suite, InDesign, marketing design, color theory, typography.
