Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned .NET Core, C# and Angular Lead with 5 - 7+ years of experience and strong expertise in cloud platforms, particularly AWS and Azure. The candidate will lead a dynamic team, focusing on delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions. This role requires collaboration with global teams, making the 5 AM to 2 PM shift essential to align with international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership:
• Manage and mentor a team of developers across multiple projects.
• Define and implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
• Cloud and Application Development:
• Design and deploy robust solutions using .NET Core, C#, Angular, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Build cloud-native applications leveraging services like AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, and Kubernetes.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of applications hosted in the cloud.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with stakeholders in different time zones to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Operational Excellence:
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for cost efficiency and performance.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or AWS CodePipeline.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across application and cloud infrastructure layers.

Required Qualifications

• Technical Expertise:
• 7+ years of experience in .NET Core, C#, and Angular (latest versions preferred).
• Proficiency in AWS and Azure cloud platforms, including services like EC2, S3, RDS, Azure App Services, and Azure SQL Database.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices, and serverless architectures.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud networking principles.
• Strong command over databases (MSSQL,SQL Server)
• Shift Availability:
• Willingness to work the 5 AM to 2 PM shift to coordinate with global teams.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a development team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
