Job Summary

We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. As the sole architect representing Jewel Realty, you will lead the architectural vision for our projects, working closely with the developer, consultants, and internal teams to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly. You will handle the design and execution of approximately four projects annually, coordinating layouts, refining designs, and diving into the intricacies of every project to deliver outstanding results.

A Typical Day in This Role

• Reviewing and analyzing architectural plans with a focus on market trends and innovative design solutions.
• Collaborating with the developer to refine designs and create alternate layouts, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Engaging with consultants such as MEP, structural engineers, and landscape designers to review and optimize designs.
• Paying attention to the intricacies of every single detail within the project, ensuring perfection from concept to execution.
• Working closely with the internal team to coordinate layouts and designs, fostering seamless collaboration.
• Conducting comparative studies of different projects to assess materials, layouts, and cost implications.
• Representing the company in meetings with clients and stakeholders, presenting and defending the architectural vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of 4 projects annually, ensuring exceptional quality, aesthetics, and functionality.
• Collaborate with the developer and internal team to refine designs, focusing on aesthetics and practical application.
• Create detailed and intricate designs that capture the vision and align with market demands.
• Coordinate with consultants, including MEP, structural engineers, and vendors, to align on technical and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to plans, resolving challenges as they arise.
• Prepare and present comparative analyses of projects to guide decision-making and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and industry standards.
• Exhibit good taste and design sensibility, delivering layouts and spaces that stand out in the market.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) or equivalent.
• Expertise in Mivan/Aluform construction techniques is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction laws, and environmental regulations.
• A keen eye for design and attention to detail.
• Excellent coordination and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and consultants.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
