Accounts Manager

Job Overview:

The Accounts Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all financial activities and strategies of the company. They play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and stability of the organization by providing strategic financial guidance, managing financial operations, and driving financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

• Lead and manage the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor financial performance against budget and provide insights to senior management.

Statutory Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory regulations, including but not limited to GST, PF, ESI, and TDS.
• Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and implement necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.

Group Accounts Management:

• Ensure coordination and consolidation of financial data from different business units within the organization, and deliver presentations to the CEO and Board of Directors as needed.
• Prepare and analyze group financial statements to provide a comprehensive overview of the company's financial position to stakeholders.

Day-to-Day Operations:

• Supervise and guide the finance team in executing daily accounting tasks.
• Review and approve financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal

policies.

Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Collaborate with other departments to support strategic financial planning and decision-making.
• Conducted financial analysis and presented insights to aid in business planning and resource allocation.

Audits and Internal Controls:

Coordinate and manage external audits, ensuring timely submission of required documentation.
Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
